These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the User') and IS Control EOOD ('the Company,' 'we,' or 'us'), a legal entity incorporated under the commercial laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. These Terms govern your access to and use of our digital interface and underlying technological infrastructure. By accessing this website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions in their entirety, in accordance with the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act.

4. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
The website is provided on a strictly 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, IS Control ЕООД disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to technical uninterruptedness, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. 5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The construction, validity, and performance of these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the interpretation of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Continued use of the website following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your definitive acceptance of said modifications as per the provisions of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act.
